When you enroll in a course, you gain access to the course content for the specified duration. The enrollment period begins on the date of enrollment and continues for the period specified in the course description.

4.2 Payment

By enrolling in a paid course, you agree to pay all fees associated with the course. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the course fees.

4.3 Refunds

Our refund policy is outlined separately for each course. Generally, refunds may be available within a specified time frame after enrollment, provided you have not accessed a significant portion of the course content. 5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, presentations, documents, and graphics, is owned by TaxPro Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information in our courses and content, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered through our Services for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAXPRO ACADEMY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TaxPro Academy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (i) your use of our Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any rights of any other person or entity; or (iv) any User Content submitted by you.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services, with or without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to our business interests.

Upon termination, your right to access and use our Services will immediately cease, and all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will terminate.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. If we make any material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through our Services or by sending you an email or other communication. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If such dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and TaxPro Academy regarding your use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
